Halloween is not just for the kids you know. Grown ups need come celebration, too. If you’re lucky enough to palm them off to another adult for trick-or-treating or maybe bribe them to go to bed early, here’s a little something you might enjoy. Our bourbon ginger beer with a Halloween touch.
Now, it’s not Halloween without a little blood! For this bourbon ginger beer recipe, we’ve decided to go with some raspberry coulis. Raspberry coulis is thick enough to create a bloody effect for our drink. Plus, it balances the flavours of our drink nicely. You can also use cranberry or strawberry coulis. If you’re making just enough raspberry coulis for 2 serves of our bourbon ginger beer. Just use our 30 second microwaved cheat raspberry coulis.
To top it off, a bourbon soaked slice of orange gives this bourbon ginger beer a nice hint of citrus aromas as you kick back and enjoy your Halloween drink.
